*THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE BEGINNERS LEVEL* You may join, but would be expected to keep up An Awakened Meditative Writing and Art Class -- Suitable for anyone open to a tutor-led, therapeutic, and relaxed experience that supports Creativity, Mindfulness, and Self-expression -- You will be guided Step-by-Step in to an easy flow of self-exploration of combining writing and art geared towards opening pathways to your spiritual connection for a reflective - creative, expressive guided artwork with intuitive writing in meditative space. The social group activity provides drawing online, alongside others within your home. Some benefits you may experience are overcoming self-doubt and perfectionism in your drawing and learning to stay within the present flow. While the exercise is easy to follow, you will train your subconscious to let go of the Fear of Art. Yes Beginners Welcome! No prior drawing experience is required. Attend with an open heart, a willingness to explore. Materials: a black ink fine-liner pen, such as a Staedtler 0.8 mm, or black biro, a pencil, paper, and colouring supplies. Advanced students are also welcome to embrace the soul-nourishing meditative space. You will be led into short mini meditative activities with exercises including writing, drawing, and colouring. Specific instructions will be provided at the start of the class, try to be early or at best on time. If You're Late: It is possible that the room may be closed 5 mins after starting or that you may be kept in the waiting room until the exercise has been completed. As I will be teaching, I will not have time to type and explain the instructions while speaking to the group. If you arrive late, it will be your choice to stay and do your best to catch up. Once permitted into the room and you find it too challenging to continue after missing the initial instructions, no refunds will be provided. You are kindly asked to arrive on time to avoid this situation. For best experience, please join via a desktop PC, laptop, or iPad (mobile phones are unsuitable). We kindly ask that you arrive early. The Portrait of Spirit: Booking, and Cancellation Policies Booking Policy Availability: All courses, workshops, and mentorship sessions are available for booking on a first-come, first-served basis. Bookings can be made via my website at any time or sending an email to spiritualstars@gmail.com if you have any prior questions. Booking Confirmation: Upon successful booking, students will receive a confirmation and zoom links email at least 5 days prior. Please ensure that the contact details provided are accurate to receive all communications. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or where allocated deposits may be paid for any courses, workshops where indicated. Payments can be made through my secure online payment system. Prerequisites: Some courses or workshops may have prerequisites. These will be clearly stated in the course description. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they meet any prerequisites before booking. Cancellation Policy Cancellation by Student: Students may cancel their booking and receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee up to 30 days prior to the start of the event. Less than 30 days before the start date: No refunds will be issued. Cancellations must be made in writing to spiritualstars@gmail.com. Some services will not provide a refund beyond 48 hours of payment made. Cancellation by The Portrait of Spirit: If a course, workshop, or mentorship session is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be notified as soon as possible. Students will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer their booking to another available session of their choice. General Policies Changes to Policies: The Portrait of Spirit reserves the right to amend these policies at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and email notifications. Code of Conduct: All students are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during courses, workshops, and mentorship sessions. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the session without a refund.
